My carrier is ATT. I selected that as my preferred carrier but the check mark stays on Verizon. Does that matter?

If you wish to switch carrier you can click on the other carrier choice and the highlight should move. Coverage for both Verizon and ATT is pretty similar (except in Canada). If you receive the wrong device please contact our customer service and we can swap it out for you at no charge!
